week 26

when i argue with people sometimes i do not say things that i wish that i have or i wish i did not say some things at all. But when i do not say anything that i should have it bugs me all day and i really want to say it but then again it might start things up even more and i do not want that. but other times i do go back up to them and say it and i do not regret it because i can finally get it off of my chest and it makes me happy.
